Well... we have officially taken the plunge and put our house on the market. We have talk about it since Cami was born but I believe we are ready. We haven't made any plans about what we would do when it sells. I don't want to get my hopes up and then be waiting month after month for someone to finally buy it. But say a little prayer that it will not be on the market that long. When I looked at Scott last night and told him that our house has to be spotless and picked up at all times he looked at me like I'm crazy!!

I've been meaning to post this picture for a couple of weeks. It was Granny Bowman's 91st Birthday and we got a great picture of her and Cami together. Granny still lives on her own, does her own shopping, attends church and likes to write letters. Yes, real letters that come in the mail. She is very sweet and has always been so nice to me.
91 is amazing to me. Can you believe that she was born in 1920? Think of everything that has happen in the past 90 years. Wars, technology, law changes, social standards, music & entertainment. This list could go on and on. I can't even imagine what will be going on when I'm 91. I bet she never thought you would be able to touch a paper thin object and be able to have access to all the information in the world, hear any type of music you could ever imagine, view picture and video all IN COLOR! Maybe when I'm 90 I'll be sipping the latest healthy tea that makes you strong, thin and younger with each sip all while sitting in my garden in Mars. :)

Cami was doing a little home shopping last night. While I was cutting up some extra veggies to freeze she shopping all around my kitchen. (notice the Keurig box... this will be gone by the weekend) Then she was pushing her "basket" all around the kitchen singing about all the stuff she was shopping for.

Cami is a girly, girl. She likes her "pretty dresses" that she loves to give a twirl so that you can ohh and ahh over how pretty she looks. Every time she see something on TV or in the store she tells me she wants the "pink-one-momma." She likes her nails painted and its the first thing she points out to the girls at school. She likes bows now and will keep them in all day long and will remind me that she needs a bow if we forget. She likes all the Disney princes. She's not into watching the DVDs so much but likes anything that has their pictures on it. She likes to cook. She'll drag a chair over or right now its the Kuerig box she won't let me get rid of and stand up there all proud helping us make something. Lord knows, she loves cracking eggs and will put her little finger in the bowl to help fish out any shells. But with all that comes some little girl attitude! I need to start reading a book on how to handle raising a GIRL!
